Cajun Sausage Seasoning

A Louisiana favorite. Just add 1.5 tbsp of seasoning for every pound of pork, turkey, chicken and venison. Sausage can made into patties, loose meat or stuff into hog casings. Makes 12.5lbs
Ingredients: Salt, garlic, minced onion, cayenne pepper, green bell pepper, paprika, onion tops, parsley and spice.
