This Bittersweet variety of Smoked Paprika is derived from an elongated type of Pimento that is neither hot nor mild. It is dried in an oak wood oven, then ground fine. Bittersweet Smoked Parika adds a rich reddish color and a wonderful flavor to soups, sauces, stews, egg dishes, rice dishes and vegetables.
